1. Prohibition of CSAM
We strictly prohibit the upload and distribution of any content depicting, promoting, or suggesting the sexual exploitation of minors. We fully cooperate with law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Actions Upon Discovery:
- Immediate removal of content.
- Permanent ban of the user account and IP address.
- Immediate report to NCMEC (CyberTipline) and relevant law enforcement agencies, providing all available user data (IP, email, timestamps).
2. Non-Consensual Content
We prohibit content depicting sexual acts or nudity without the explicit consent of the individuals involved (e.g., hidden camera, revenge porn).
Actions Upon Discovery:
- Immediate removal of content upon verification.
- Termination of the uploader's account.
3. Reporting Illegal Content
If you find any illegal content, please report it immediately using our Report Abuse page or email abuse [at] getav.net. We prioritize such reports and guarantee substantive action within 24 hours.
